My complaint:

I had money sent to me 2 days ago and cash app has blocked me from using my card due to unusual activity, which is crazy because ive never had an issue using my card before……they sent me an email saying my card was never activated and needed to send a bill with my name and address…well my card has always been activated and ive used it before now, so why all of a sudden i need to send documentation with name and address on it to use my card, that ive already been using……I asked someone to send me money two days ago because i needed money 2 days ago….So me not receiving my money yet really frustrates and burns me up ….i have sent about 7 support tickets and the documentation they requested…why is it taking so long to access my little bit of money that i need…

Suggested solution:

Enable my card and respond to my emails asap.i need my cash.
