My complaint:
I woke up on Christmas Day to a notification that $KeyonaDeVaughn had accepted my payment. I had not made a payment to this person. The amount took all of the money out of my account. I contacted cash app immediately to dispute the transaction. They responded saying that the device used had previous access to my account but wont tell me what device. The only device I have with access to my account no one else had access to. It had been with me. I did my own investigating and found keyona devaughn on Facebook and messaged her. She stated her account had been hacked and that she didn’t accept a payment. I continued contacting cash app support but they were no help. Then again on new years day I woke up to another but this time the payment was to $mamashark06. Both transactions cleaned out my account, both were done on a bank holiday early in the morning, and I had no previous transactions with these accounts. Cash app has been no help and will not respond with any helpful information.
Suggested solution:
They should refund the money that was taken from me and tell me the device that was used to make the transactions so that I can give that info to law enforcement.
