My complaint:
Well, my sister sent me money through cash app from our mom. When I got the notice from cash app it said more info needed before I could collect this money so I clicked on the continue button. Then it said this transaction has already been claimed.. So then I have been trying every since then to find the money. I told them that my identity was stolen about a month or so ago. So I’m feeling like there’s still some resend active from that. But, I have had to give the exact same info to 3 supposedly cash app support people. Date of transaction-Amount- Recipient Name or Cashtag. Reason for dispute. And Make and Model of each device used to access my cash app. I have provided all of this info and still I got the third contact person today wanting a screenshot of the transaction.
Suggested solution:
I have given everything they have asked for. They should find what happened to my money.
