Cash App complaint: Cash App took my money

My complaint:

My daughter sent ne 200.00 on cash app on 613. I accepted the amount and provided my debit card info on 614. Nothing showed up in my account so I called them on 618 and they remotted into my android phone. They ended up doing a lot of set up and I saw them purchase Bit Coins and then sell them off for currency under my name. I was told the money ($200.00) would be in my BOA account the next day. Instead on 619 Cash App took $250.00 from my account. I have been on the phone with them (technical support (Alex and Marcus) ever since and all they keep saying is give it 24 hrs. They end up hanging up on me when I ask questions they want to dodge. This is pure theft and needs to be resolved. I had to borrow cash to deposit into my account to pay bills that would have bounced because of the money they took out. Now I am due the $250.00 they stole from me and the $200.00 they stole from the transfer that I should have gotten.

Suggested solution:

They should have simply processed the money in the app from my daughter to me.Period!
