My complaint:

OK so I have close to $11,000 on my cash app I thought it was a good place to store money it seemed safe I’ve never had any issue with Cash App in the past I started using it and I loved it yesterday I went to use my card and it was denied saying that there was Unusual activity on the account I’m not sure with this means but I haven’t done anything wrong for my account to be frozen.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Either unfreeze my account and let me use my card and send money as I normally do or unfreeze my account and let me cash out and close the account after that either way I need my money if this doesn’t work and I don’t hear back from you I will dispute all charges with my bank and they can fight with you getting my money back.
