My complaint:
I tried to use my cash app account cash app closed my account said i violated terms and services they informed me that i had to cash out my funds on my account. I transferred the funds to a friends chime account but because my name was not on the acct the funds were returned to cash app i contacted customer support to see how can i retrieve my funds now they are saying that they cant verify my account. I sent all information that they requested and the information from the cash card that was sent to me that i used with my account. They are holding my money and will not release the funds to me
Suggested solution:
They should give me my money back that i worked for
