Cash App complaint: Over a week with no access to my money without cashing out.

My complaint:

I paid my monthly bills and next day my card just stops working. I can send and receive money on cash app. The card itself just stopped working, they disabled the card. Their response was to enable my card on the app, which I said in the email it won’t enable. I ve emailed 3 more times and its been a week with no response. So now with the card being disabled, I can’t receive my direct deposit. Ive also paid over a 100 bucks in fees to move my money to my checking account to have access.

Suggested solution:

refund the forced fees to have access to my money and turn my card back on. If that had been done originally I wouldn't have any fees.
