My complaint:
On Tuesday June 16th, someone named Mark Hall make 3 requests for funds and was approved. I don’t know who he is and, more importantly, I didn’t approve any of those requests. Yet, somehow they were approved anyway and he received a payment of $50 at 9:24am, $45 at 9:24am, and $40 at 9:26am. The only reason he was not approved for another request of $45 at 9:28am is because I no longer had enough for it to be taken out. I went from having $157 at the end of June 15th to having $22 at the end of June 16th. When I contact CashApp about this, they basically said this person probably gained access to my account through an old phone. But that can’t be because otherwise, that person would be making deposits. Instead, they made requests that were approved while I was asleep.
Suggested solution:
They should resolve my complaint by paying me back in full the $135 that was stolen from my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!
