My complaint:
A friend sent me $452 through Cash App. I have emails from Cash App saying it was sent and they even gave me the Cash App Identifier number. I never received the funds into my account. The funds were all sent on March 10, 2021. I filed a complaint with them on March 11, 2021. Cash App said they don’t have to pay me because I filed the complaint 60 days late. Then they said I need to get the money from the Recipient. I AM THE RECIPIENT!! I WANT MY MONEY.
Suggested solution:
Follow the Cash App Identifiers and ensure the $452 is transferred into my account.
