My complaint:

I had a payment that went through cash app when I contacted the merchant (good 2 go) they stated their systems were down for one whole month I was told their systems were down. Cash app told me they couldn’t do nothing about it either . So I waited good to go finally processed my refund on the 23rd of last month a representative stated I should get my money in 10 days it is now a month later and I still haven’t received my money !

You aren’t alone.

Cash App can’t help you with this, so keep bothering Good2Go until you get your money back!

Good2Go has also numerous complaints with the BBB, and their responses to their customer complaints shows me that this company does not have their shit together… SMDH

I attached a screenshot of their BBB page detailing their 1 out of 5 star customer review rating and crossing out their A- rating by BBB.

Real customer reviews over BBB’s BS standards any day….
