My complaint:
Purchased a Nintendo Switch on Offer Up. Made a payment with Cash App. User accepted my payment and then deleted their Offer Up account. User then ignored my requests for a refund and blocked me showing 0 payments $0 sent and $0 received
Suggested solution:
Refund my $250 and ban user $lared65 from Cash App

Cash App isn’t going to ban a user when you broke their rules by sending money via Cash App. The app is for sending/receiving money between personal, non-commercial purposes with people you know.
