My complaint:
on march 17 2021 I had 499.00 and 38.00 taken from my cash app account while I was on the phone thinking I was talking to a cash app rep because when he answered the phone he said cash app support can I help you He said he would get me my 100.00 refund that I was owed by cash app the whole time taking the money from my account. I requested a refund and it was declined. In the day to follow I kept calling the number I had and it went to voice mail The man finally called me back I told him I was calling the police and he said if I did he wont return my money and in fact told me to go to a dollar general and get a gift card worth 100.00 call him with the information and he will return my money. The was all reported to cash app who said they dont refund money
