My complaint:
I made a transaction to cash app for $800 to a person who promised to send tickets for Disney theme park. He did send the tickets initially and I then sent the money via cash app. Later the seller canceled the tickets without notifying us after few days. We came to know this when we went to Disney park. After that I created a dispute with cash app and also through my debit card provider. Both are not able resolve the issue. The cash app instead of resolving the issue they closed my account just because I disputed a transaction.
Suggested solution:
They should recover my money form the seller and refund the money back to me
