Complaint: Scammed out of over $1,000, possible inside job!!!

My complaint:

This complaint is a follow up to the complaint that I filed directly with Cash App on July 3, 2020. I had just ordered a new replacement card on or about July 2, 2020. I had received a text throughout the night from Cash App stating that my new card had left the factory and that I should be looking out for it anyday. Later that day someone called me stating they were from Cash App and see that I had ordered a new replacement card but wanted to me of possible fraudulent activity. The person then states that there were Iphones attemptedto be purchased and transfer of money to Russia. I was asked did I do any of that and once I said no, I was told that they would have to put a High Security Alert on my account. They then asked me to download the Quick Support App and gained access into my Cash App account and took out the entire balance of $1,029.00 and told me I will see it appear in a new account in exactly 10 minutes. Unbenounced to me had they not only drained my account illegally but also unlinked my phone number from that account completely to where that account no longer existed. I don’t understand as much money goes through cash app, and number of people that use it why there is no live customer service person to speak with. They should help resolve this issue by replacing the funds that were unauthorized to be taken out. I really believe this was some kind of inside job because the person I was speaking to knew too much activity that had gone on with my account.
