My complaint:
I sent my mom 40 dollars and she NEVER RECEIVED IT!!! We’ve been trying to resolve this since 7320. It is now 7720. It said it was deposited however her bank doesn’t show the money and it took out of my bank account. Cash app won’t let her refund it or me request a refund. I can’t speak with ANYONE to resolve this issue. I will be sending a letter in the mail. Times are too hard for this. I tried to dispute it with my bank but because it’s 3rd party I can’t get my money back. This is just ridiculous. I’m don’t with cash app after using this app for years. The things they tell me to do from the app STILL ISN’T HELPING!!!!!!!!!
