My complaint:
I was traveling from Calif back to North Carolina. During that time i logged out of my cash app. I was the first time i had ever logged out. When I tried to log in it asked me for my pin. I tried every one it could be but to no avail. During this time I got a message that my account was closed due to a violation of the terms of agreement. when I tried to go to support i could non because it required my pin which is what i needed help with along with a explanation of how in the world I could have violated the terms of agreement.
Suggested solution:
Provide me a path to contact them to untangle this issue.
