My complaint:
Have been trying to gain. Access to my.old account and due to so many attempts and being told by customer service to create new accounts to try to link.together the accounts not I can not get I to.old account at all and.they are going me that they can not transfer or link my money .
I have all 3cards and I have all the infor.ation they need to b edify my identity as well as where the money goes and etc
Still they can not close my account and reimburse my money to the bank already on record
Suggested solution:
Close out my account since I van not gain access and use the bank information already on file to cah put account
