My complaint:
About a month ago I had a $23 sent to me went to the store when I got there my card was locked the card reader gave a number for me to call called it they wanted to talk to the merchant the merchant would not get on the phone with cash I explained that to him they basically told me there was nothing I could do gave me a phone number to call where I can get my car turned back on I eventually call to get it turned back on they could not help me either to where I ended up going to a bunch of steps and a bunch of process verifying myself and a whole bunch of other stuff to where I eventually had to send in a selfie of myself holding a piece of mail with my name and address on it that matched the cash app account and they basically just play with me and promise to let me into my account if I did all these things for about the last month now and I still can’t access my funds
Suggested solution:
I I want them to pay me the money that's in my account or send it back to the senders and pain and suffering payments
