My complaint:

I had 800$ stolen from my cash app. I disable my card when I am not using it, I requested for a refund from cash app, gave them detailed information on the unauthorized transactions and patiently waited for a month before they told me they can’t help me. I have a special needs son and that was his money to purchase his diapers and things for the entire month. I sent screenshots of the transactions that I did NOT authorize and they refused to refund me!

Suggested solution:

They should refund me my money back especially since I sent proof of where the money went to and I even sent them the information of the person who stole it!
