My complaint:

A charge for around $430 was made on my cash app account I’ve contacted them as well as the merchant for refund and cash I’ve said they’re unable to do anything about it. This happened around the third week of August 2020 and after around 20 email exchanges with them they’ve yet to do anything about it. Their customer service is so disrespectful and inconsiderate, your money is not safe to any degree if you have money in your cash app account. They will ignore and deny any all wrongdoings on their end

Suggested solution:

They should be resolved by refunding the money for the unauthorized transaction as I've asked them to do at least over 20 actual times via email. They do not have a phone number to call and there's no way to escalate it to talk to a supervisor. I disputed it and cash app denied the claim
