My complaint:

I thought that my account got hacked in the beginning of August 2020 and all this time I was writing them hundred times to start an investigation, which they finally started but then they stopped answering my emails about its results. It’s been 3 months since I lost my account with almost $2,000 on it in cash app balance. Just found out today that in reality they just closed my account and expropriated my money from it ~ $2,000, and they didn’t explain any reasons and didn’t notify me. This is unacceptable and has to be prosecuted.
