My complaint:
I called for roadside assistance. The car shield representative kept me on the phone for over an hour before calling the tow truck only to give them the wrong information. The rep said the tow truck company would be there to get my vehicle within an hour. Well after an hour the tow truck company called me and said they couldn’t pick up my vehicle because they didn’t pick up those types of suvs. A Nissan rogue. I told them I don’t have a Nissan rogue so because the car shield rep gave wrong info. Another delay. Well the tow truck never came anyway so I paid out of pocket to get my truck home. I called back today and the car shield rep was no help at all like she didn’t care. I am definitely going to cancel my service because I pay too much monthly for this sorry service
