My complaint:
I have been paying Car Shield for months, today I had to file a repair claim with them the total repair cost was 3.185 car shield would only replace the part with an after market part and I had to pay out of pocket $2.600 out of pocket I had to pay out of pocket more than car shield paid, I just don’t understand.
Suggested solution:
I want Car Shield to cover some of the money back that I had to pay out of pocket, almost $3.000 plus I have to pay them $76 month
