My complaint:
My name is April Spellman my mom GloriaSpellmanis a customer if car sheild..Back in January my mom ask me to make a payment for her using my debt card because all she had was cash…so I called car sheild and made the payment of $129.99 I also told them this was a one time payment and please do not store my card for future payments, well here comes 8521 I notice from my bank statement that they have taken 129.99 ,so I contacted my mom and she reached to them ,I found out they have been doing that since Jan and refuse to give me my money back even though they set my card up for auto pay without my permission.
Suggested solution:
They need to give me back the money that they took off my card starting feb 5...because I told her I would pay only Jan and nothing else
