My complaint:

Repair facility reached out to carshield for claim on 7th April and provided all the details what they need to process the claim. It’s been 7 days and everyday calling them but no one gives proper response and issue still not resolved.

Suggested solution:

Need to know the claim status immediately otherwise cancel the policy and get back my two months policy payment
