My complaint:
I have the contract for a year and never had a claim. When I called car shield everyone at car shield ed the items were all covered that needed service. It was idler arm and 🚟 and some other things. Jeep in little falls NJ sent in the estimate. I also ed several times a rental was covered. I have all the names,etc. The adjuster went out and found a reason to deny my claim. Then sat on it. The dealer and I kept calling. I am extremely angry over this! Now I have to pay for the rental and if I want my car fixed I have to pay for that also. When I had mopar when my truck was newer I had a large claim and they paid everything along with the rental car. I only had to pay $200 deductible.
Suggested solution:
Pay for the repair and rental as stated in the contract..
