My complaint:
I’ve been with Cascio for years and my complaint is that my motor is blown in my 2013 Chrysler 200 and they are refusing to fix it claiming that a holes was the reason why my motor is blown and they haven’t even came out and check the car to see what is wrong with it!
Suggested solution:
They need to fix my car because in the contract it claims that my motor is covered in it
