My complaint:
CarShield lied to me about their coverage.
Suggested solution:
I had insurance with CarShield for three months. I had a crank shaft sensor go out on my 2012 Kia Optima. I took car to dealership and they refused to deal with them. I picked car up and took it to midas. They fixed it. I had to pay for it out of my pocket. Three days later my car caught on fire. If CarShield was any good they wouldn't have told me not to call them by CarShield but another name. No mechanic shop in my location would deal with them. They are liers and everything they say on their commercial are lies
