I purchased this contract with CarShield on April 8, 2021 FOR MY 2008 NISSAN VERSA

$89.99 for 13 months
$1,169.87
CarShield is a rip-off
I made 13 payments (one year and one month) on May 17, 2022 my car malfunctioned and needed to be serviced; the told me that the repairs that I needed to have done wasn’t covered by my Contract.
What good is it to have a Gold Plan if it doesn’t cover anything? All CarShield could advise me to do is to look at the small print on the Contract. Also the representatives was very nasty and unprofessional.
I’m Michael Boddie in Chicago, Illinois; a very dissatisfied customer. STAY AWAY FROM CARSHIELD!!
Suggested solution:
Refund my 13 months of $89.99 payments; in the amount of $1,169.87
I could of paid to repair my own vehicle if I hadn’t given them my funds.
The only relief they offer you is by saying, look at the small print. I wish you get some reasonable accommodations being that I am a senior citizen 68 years old. My only income is a monthly SSI $800 check. This can be considered as an act of elder abuse and discrimination.
