My complaint:
Carshield is my extended warranty company and I have transmission repair as a covered service on my plan. Well my transmission needed repair. They had my vehicle sitting at the repair facility for 2 weeks, kept passing my claim off, would not contact me, and argued with the mechanics. They asked for additional information and I sent everything in. They denied me for lack of maintenance at 120k miles, even though my car was serviced at 123k miles with no recommended repairs needed. That repair shop even sent in a letter on my behalf. They still denied me for lack of maintenance. They tried to come up with anything to deny you. I will share my experience with the world. They are some scammers
Suggested solution:
They need to reimburse me of my 4k I had to spend out of pocket since they denied my claim for no reason.
