My complaint:
I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I’ve paid this CarSheild contract for over a year…. I’ve have yet to get any satisfaction… when my car broke down over six months ago CarSheild towed it for free(as in the contract) to the facility of their choice ( 1 that would work w/ them) they eventually said that couldn’t do what need to b done…
So CarSheild towed it again (for free) to the facility if my choice but when they found out it was CarSheild.. they immediately had the car towed back to the original facility because they said CarSheild would have you do XX amount of work and refuse the claim.
Which eventually happened.. The facility that agreed to work w/ me thru CarSheild (Brickyard Automotive ) was instructed by CarSheild to go ahead and take the motor out of my car and diagnose it… which (they said) was a lot of work. Once that was done … every diagnosis they came up with CarSheild denied for some (trumped up) reason or another!!
1)Blown head gasket
2)Worn piston rings
3)Carbon build up
These things are all approved on the contract but for some trumped up reasons CarSheild keeps giving me NO SERVICE!!! Had I been aware of thisBOGUS ASS COMPANY.. I would have tried to fix it myself!!!😢
I REALLY NEED SOME RESULTS!!! I DONT HAVE MONEY TO GIVE TO THE RICH GET ‘SHANKED’!!!!!!! I’ve paid over a YEAR!!! NO SERVICE. NO REIMBURSEMENT. NOTHING BUT FREE TOW SERVICES.
Suggested solution:
They promised to replace my engine, head gaskets piston rings. If not WHY HAVE THE COMPANY GO THRU ALL THE MOTIONS… It’s a Game w/ this Company but it’s hard work for me the facility that’s willing to work w/ they BOGUS ASSES!!! Now I’m out of my money,my car my job…
Couldn’t afford the rentals…. You have to pay for the rentals and get reimbursed once the car is completed….. It’s been 6 MONTHS!!!!!!
