My complaint:
Towed the car on 5/19/23 to completed Auto. Carshield used a company vender named CK AUTO for the purchasing of the Trans. Trans was sent to Completed auto, they installed the trans and stated that the trans was a defect it was leaking due to a leaking front seal. called carshield they had a adjuster. The adjuster said to have the vehicle towed to Nissan for it is still under warranty. Nissan calls me on 6/20/23 notifying me to have the vehicle towed back to complete auto for he felt that it was improperly installed by completed auto. On 6/22/23 I have to have this vehicle towed Again back to complete auto, which now I learn that Carshield have paid this man Bob at comp auto for the work my question is y would u pay a company and my vehicle is not up and running the trans has not been fixed my truck is just sitting unfixed I Pay carshield $200.00 mth faithfully have not missed no payment I NEED MY VEHICLE FIXED ASAP THIS IZ MY ONLY SOUCE OF TRANSPORTATION. I TRUSTED CARSHIELD now my truck is jus broken down due to non promises.

Talk to the necessary parties n get my transmission resolved
