My complaint:
I have been paying car shift for insurance for two vehicles of mine one of my vehicles window motors was going out long story short it only cost $900 to get my window motors fixed car Shield did not pay the money I called and called never got a response so with my car would be fixed I had to pay $192 in order to get my keys to my car so I can make it to work and I haven’t heard from carshield again which they called me everyday for 4 months telling me my payments was behind and I’m like why would I make payments when my car is still not fixed
Suggested solution:
I would like to have all my money back that I have paid into this company and they need to be exposed for the fraud they are they're taking honest people money that live paycheck by paychecks just trying to keep their car working in order to make it to work and back they're getting rich off of our backs this is not right this is against the law where is my rights
