My complaint:
CarMax sold me a hybrid vehicle without informing me until 12/12/2023 that they do not actually inspect hybrid vehicles, instead they scan for a code and fix anything that comes up. This means that sensors aren’t checked, the car could have issues with fuses or wiring or the hybrid system could fail without warning while your driving on say the freeway or driving to work in the morning. CarMax refuses to take any obligation for the fact they did everything possible to hide the fact that they don’t work on hybrid vehicles which to me is willingly deceitful on their part.
Suggested solution:
Actually admit fault and give me back the money I paid.
