My complaint:
I was approved for a car and everything was signed it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday at 5pm and I never received it. Now CarMax is telling me they don’t want my business. I did everything that they asked for and the car was fully insured. I don’t feel it’s right that they treat people like this.
Suggested solution:
I want the transaction support team Rep Amira to be repremanded in some way. And I want to be able to get the car that I purchased. I signed everything and everything was finalized.
