My complaint:
I had called carmax told then i didnt have a social i only had an itin number they told me it was fine i got still get approved they ran my credit with my itin number told me i was approved to get insurance for the car i asked multiple times if the car was already mine because i did not want to pay for insurance and the car isnt mine yet they told me it was to get insurance so I did then they were taking long to approve the paper work i had uploaded since i was doing everything thru the phone and online i ended up going into the office just for them to way they only accept social security no itins at all because the financial banks they work with dont accept them but yet they were able to run my credit with it they didnt even try to help just told me they dont accept it made me buy insurance for no reason and just got my hopes up felt like that was racism
Suggested solution:
They have to do something about it they cant just tell ppl the car is there and make them buy insurance knowing they supposedly dont accept itin numbers
