My complaint:
I have been trying to get a duplicate title sent to South Dakota so I can register my car there. It has been 3 and half months and I keep getting run around that it was mailed. My current registration is about to expire February 24th 2024. I cant register my car until the DMV in South Dakota has my title. I am now wondering do they even have my title and dont understand what the problem is.
