My complaint:
i called in the first 2 months i had the car days before it was even due the payment was never processed my bank ed that nothing was even attempted by carmax yet they refuse to remove the late fees fix my credit report or prove that the issue was my fault when i have proved the money was in the account i called in early to make the payments here we are 6 months later and still they refuse to do anything other then blame me i asked for proof that it was my fault the refuse to provide it or even to provide a recording of the conversation
Suggested solution:
fix my credit report and remove late fees actually service the customer and stop pushing the blame with no proof just to keep a late fee my main concern is the late payments on my credit as they are the first in 40 years
