My complaint:
i got caught up in a scam. I called capital one and told them of the situation and i had notified the police and they verified it was a scam. i told capital one the story their response was since i made the purchase it was not a scamfraud and i was responsible for the balance i heard of other people being scammed for way more than the amount i was and their bank washed it clean. not capital one. i will bad mouth them till I die.

Suggested solution:
I told them i had proof from police it was a scam and if they would wipe out the scam charges that i could pay off the entire card in two weeks. they did not care
