My complaint:
I have been a Capital One customer for many years and have always enjoyed a good relationship. Recently i was one day late on making one of my payments as I have 4 accounts with you and was charged 40.00 for it. Now I understand if someone is late, late. But one day. Give me a break. I don’t think you could find many if any more late payments with all my accounts. I really think you need to look before you leap. I will be closing all my accounts and taking my business to someone with a little, hell you guys just suck.
