My complaint:
Spent hours talking on the phone with several customer service representatives trying to change my mailing address on my Menards credit card. I also have a Capital One card with Wal-mart and made that change within 2 minutes. I don’t understand why there is a separate process and who to complain to about it.
Suggested solution:
Have uniform standards to change information and better ways to make it easier for the customer. Have one representative assist instead of moving up the ladder. Each time I talked to another representative I had to share my concerns and provide all my information again.
