My complaint:
Capital One didn’t allow to transfer my monthly paid interest from CD account to my saving account.
Account CD was opened in July 5, 2022 and one payment was received on August 4th. So I asked them to allow to transfer it to my saving account.
I might need those money to use as CD account is opened and should stay for 16 months without closing.
My previously opened CD accounts in Capital One a few years ago were always allowed to transfer my monthly paid interest to another account. That is why I didn’t realize that they invented new Terms and Conditions that wasn’t realized and discovered when new CD were opened in this year.
I think they made this not legal as other banks allow to transfer monthly CD paid interest to another accounts.
It is not legal CD account in Capital One.
I recommend other people be careful with Capital One bank investment!!!
Suggested solution:
Capital One should allow to transfer my monthly paid interest from CD account to my saving account.
There were not real warning about such prediction of interest paid in CD account.
