My complaint:
I rented a vehicle from Veloce Fast Cars for one day June 30,2023 and the company never returned my 10,000 euro deposit to my Capital One card. Capital one has not been consumer friendly. Capital One advised me to contact the vendor which I have for the past almost 8 months to no avail. Capital One has not investigated the information I provided to refute the vendors claim. The vendor forged my signature numerous times on a document they provided to Capital One and Capital One is not going the extra step to have someone that my signatures were forged. .
Suggested solution:
Capital One should contact the vendor to have them refund my 10,000 euro refundable deposit to my Capital One credit card ending in 2166.
