My complaint:
I called to Capital one twice and spoke with 2 representives who do not speak English very well and could not understand my request. I asked to close my account and be enrolled into 60 months program w low apr to pay off my balance. I got laid off and cannot afford to keep my credit card and want to pay off off my balance with low APR and close the card. Reoresentatives denied my request.
Suggested solution:
they need to ckose my account and give me 60 months to pay it off with low APR.
