My complaint:
So I received a letter from Capital One stating they were going to close the account and send me the title and that they did to me for me not to send any more money for payments or whatever they were going to like dismiss it I have the letter ing that also the title was not supposed to come to me then the insurance company sent in a check because the car still had the lien on it and I didn’t get to them in time so they sent them to check and they will not reimburse me to check they did not post it till after the fact which was November the 30th it posted to the account on a close account and I’ve tried to work with him and tried to work with him I have an attorney and they’re not wanting to work with me and give me the money back so the later clearly states that they will not accept any more money after the 24th of October which means they should have sent the money back to the insurance company or to me and they didn’t.
Suggested solution:
Refund the money back to the insurance company or my fathers estate.
