Capital One complaint: Improperly closed account

My complaint:

I attempted to pay off my credit card and scheduled two payments to be withdrawn from my checking account after verifying the account had plenty of funds. Capitol one told me the payments was returned by my bank. I checked with my bank and they aren’t showing any attempt by Capitol One to withdraw such amounts on the dates that Capitol One says the payments were returned. As a result Capitol One closed my account and tells me there’s nothing that can be done about it.,

Suggested solution:

I insist on Capitol One to look further into this because I'm convinced this was done in error. I called my bank and verified again that on the dates when I scheduled payments to be made I had enough funds to cover the payments.
