My complaint:
When I applied, they said I qualify for $1500.00, but when I got the card, it only had $300.00 limit on it. I have not used the card yet they say I owe $79.00 now after only having the card for 3 months. And I need to pay $79.00 every year, just to borrow $300-?
Nothing was mentioned about an annual fee of $79- upon application.
Then I go to use the card recently for the first time, in a store online it doesn’t work at all, even though I activated it.
Suggested solution:
I want the card cancelled I owe nothing, since I was mislead into applying only because they said I was approved for $1500-, I would Not have applied for only $300-
And the card doesn't even work.
