My complaint:
canceled my auto pay but still had pextra payment pulled even when no payment was due on one of the two cards then was informed all i could expect was a check in the mail and i find thisbs then dealing with a lady who could give a shit less was the most wondeful experance ive had to endure make me laugh

dont make me laugh u dont care bottom line from the phone conservation i just went thru
