My complaint:

I have been with Capital one for several years. The early part of December 2021, I asked the card service person if i could upgrade my credit card to a Quick Silver Rewards Card. He said, YES. He guaranteed me several times that my new card came with a 0% balance transfer for 15 months. My credit limit is $5,000 dollars and I owe only two thousand dollars on the card with $3,000 available credit. Please have one of your supervisors check the recording and you will hear over and over that he stated that I could use the card for a 0% balance transfer for 15 months. Also, a top supervisor should hear how supervisor John (PVU406) talk to customers when they have a problem. He should not represent a company like Capital One. I hope management hear the recording and honor the agreement that we both agreed too. The person that granted the UP GRADE is the person that told me about the o% transfer agreement. He was very nice. In fact, John (PVU) is the only person that talk to customers very rudely.

Suggested solution:

I want them to honor the agreement of o% balance Transfer for 15 months.
