My complaint:

i have been preapproved for a savor card over 10 times that capitol one sends me everyday. i filled out the regular application and they pulled my credit on january 6,2022. they said i cannot be verified because i had a fraud on my equifax account which i called equifax on january 7 and had that fixed by putting my phone number on my fraud . they refuse to contact equifax and tell me i have to reapply and have my credit pulled again. i have sent them all kinds of documents and they refuse to read them .

Suggested solution:

contact equifax and get me verified by my contact number. reopen my savor card application that they preapproved me for over 10 times.
